Refund and Return Policy

RETURN POLICY:

If you see any damaged and faulty goods please refuse to accept them and return them to the delivery person with the original product tag and packaging. Contact us at help@mythrillets.com or contact@mythrillets.com to get a brand-new replacement at no additional cost.

 

REFUND POLICY:

If we are not in a position to send a brand new replacement for damaged goods then you will receive a full refund within 10 working days.

 

CANCELLATIONS:

Once an order has been placed on the website, we won't be able to change it.
