The journey of our millets from grain to thrillets is a carefully crafted process that ensures the highest quality and nutritional value. We start by washing the grains, then soaking them overnight, and shade-drying them. After that, we roast the grains in a clay pan, which gives them a unique, rich flavor. Finally, we grind the roasted grains and turn them into our thrillets.
